Program rules
The rules are the same for every affiliate, so everyone knows exactly what is paid.
You earn commission when
- A shopper clicks your link and then places an order within 30 days.
- The order is paid and delivered, and is not cancelled, refunded or in a dispute.
- The sale is eligible: the product was open for affiliates, the order is not your own, and no fraud was found.
- You promoted products through a link tracked to your account.
You do not earn for
- Clicks, visits, impressions or traffic. They only appear in your analytics.
- Your own orders, or orders from your household, staff or the seller.
- Cancelled, refunded, returned or disputed orders. If a paid commission is reversed it is taken back from your balance.
- Bot traffic, fake orders, self referral, coupon abuse or spam. These can suspend your account.
How the commission rate is chosen
The first matching rule is used: a Yoovic product rule, then the seller's own offer on that product, then a seller rule, a category rule and finally the program default (8%). The rate that applied is saved on every sale, so a later rule change never changes an earlier commission.
Commission goes Pending → Approved → Available → Paid. It can also be Rejected, Refunded, Cancelled or Adjusted, always with a record of who changed it and why.
